Este proyecto está enfocado en brindar una solución a las empresas del sector público de aseo, con el fin de optimizar el tiempo de ejecución del cálculo de la tarifa de aprovechamiento la cual se rige por la RESOLUCIÓN CRA 720 DE 2015 de la Comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico donde se establece que todos los prestadores de servicios públicos de aseo deben acogerse a las tarifas y metodología tarifaria descrita en dicha resolución para el cálculo de las toneladas de residuos aprovechables recolectadas por los diferentes prestadores de aprovechamientos a los cuales se les debe liquidar el valor correspondiente a la tarifa recaudada según su porcentaje de participación en el periodo. Mediante una aplicación web la cual permita realizar el proceso de manera computarizada, optima y confiable, en este documento se describe el proceso de construcción y los lineamientos de arquitectura aplicada, aplicando la metodología ágil de scrum.
