| Sumario: | The current degree work consists of the analysis of the problems that affect housing
today with respect to the issues of habitability and sustainability presented in them, in
addition to the imminent changes and influenced by the current living conditions that
generate new needs in the population. Based on this, we propose the design of a parametric
guide of quantitative and qualitative variables applied to the conception of current housing,
which generates an adequate housing model for the contemporary needs of the population. |
