spiritual support based on their own beliefs, finally they focused on adjusting the members to the
new routines that confinement brought about in terms of time and space within the home. |

Esta investigación pretendía describir la dinámica relacional y estrategias de afrontamiento utilizadas por padres y madres con hijos escolares y adolescentes para Mantener la Convivencia en Tiempos de Confinamiento por COVID 19. El método es cualitativo con un diseño narrativo. La técnica para recolectar la información fue una entrevista libre. En el análisis y la discusión se encontró que los cambios en la dinámica relacional fueron mínimos, encontrándose los más significativos en lo referente a la adaptación del sistema; las estrategias de afrontamiento estaban centradas por una parte en el dialogo y por otra en la evitación, también hicieron uso de herramientas externas al sistema como la familia extensa y el sostén espiritual basado en las creencias propias, por último se enfocaron en el ajuste de los miembros a las nuevas rutinas que trajo consigo el confinamiento referente a tiempo y espacio dentro del hogar.
