Due to the aforementioned, it is necessary to automate the processes of administration of common areas, communication with the residents of the horizontal property, management of payments and contributions, management of procedures before the administration, issuance of certificates and virtual invoicing covering functional modules that cover the activities carried out by the assembly of co-owners, the board of directors, the surveillance company, the administrator, the accountant and the residents, each one approaching each other in a digital way and at the same time carrying out a more transparent and flexible management that fits the model residential complex administrative |
