Sumario:	This research is of an investigative nature, it pursues a single objective that is to determine the cost of the service in a liver transplant, the ABC cost model that was assigned and distributed for La Cardio was carried out according to the activities and processes in the service of the OTU, identifying the origin of the cost in each of the necessary tasks before, during and after a liver transplant.
