This situation has affected pedestrian and road mobility, cre ating not only great congestion on the site, but also interrupting the interrelation between the inhabitants, preventing their circulation and threatening their own safety. Therefore, the objective of this research is to recognize the causes that encourage the informal vendor to cover more space over the years, taking into account the activities that occur in the environment in which they are, so that it is possible to identify the profile of informal workers. Likewise, it is intended to generate a spatial proposal which allows optimizing and ordering mobility in the city center, considering the respective importance of public space, and at the same time, understanding the social dynamics that is presented in order to provide the inhabitants of Neiva the rig ht to a city. |

En el centro tradicional de la ciudad de Neiva ha incrementado la apropiación del espacio público por parte de la informalidad comercial a causa de distintos factores tales como la deserción escolar, el desempleo, la falta de oportunidades, entre otros. Dicha situación ha afectado la movilidad peatonal y vial, creando no solo gran congestión en el sitio, sino que interrumpe la interrelación entre los habitantes, impide su circulación y atenta contra su propia seguridad. Por tanto, el objetivo d e esta investigación es reconocer las causas que incentivan al vendedor informal a abarcar mayor espacio con el pasar de los años, teniendo en cuenta las actividades que se presentan en el entorno en que se encuentran, de manera que se logre su en torno e identificar el perfil de los trabajadores informales. Asimismo, se pretende genera r una propuesta espacial entender que permita optimizar y poner en orden la movilidad en el centro de la ciudad, considerando la respectiva importancia del espacio público, y a la vez, habitantes d entendiendo la dinámica social que se presenta con el fin de brindar a los e Neiva el derecho a una ciudad.
