En este proyecto se analiza las principales amenazas que produce el aumento poblacional en el municipio de San José de Cúcuta, enfocándonos en dos áreas que más ha afectado que es el déficit habitacional y la contaminación ambiental; se extraerán datos cuantitativos que afirman las problemáticas expuestas en el municipio de Cúcuta, se analizará el contexto urbano y sus áreas de influencia dándole un mejor enfoque a la problemática, se analizará cual es la mejor alternativa para aportar en el déficit habitacional y formas de disminuir la contaminación ambiental por el aumento de la población, llegando a dar como solución con un proyecto en el cual se le dio su debido proceso de investigación del área para su mejor planteamiento, proponiendo un plan de vivienda ofreciendo una forma de fácil accesibilidad a estas para la población que tienen ingresos entre 1 a 4 salarios mínimos y que no tienen fácil acceso a una vivienda, también se propone un diseño urbano para mejorar el acceso a la comuna 4 de la ciudad y aportar un análisis en el entorno del puntual proponiendo una solución a las problemáticas encontradas en el sector.
