| Sumario: | This report describes each of the activities planned to fulfill the purpose of this proposal,
which consists of reducing the delays in the process of receiving palm oil from the
Tequendama company, which belongs to the Daabon Group. This company is located in the
city of Santa Marta, specifically in the neighborhood of Mamatoco and is dedicated to
refining the oil extracted from the African palm to be ready for human consumption.
Knowing the situation, a study was carried out of the different variables that in one way or
another are the cause of the difficulties evidenced in the area and by reviewing the
information verified by the organization, its origins were found. Once the root of the
problem was found, the proposal was designed, which includes presentation and
generalities, benefits of its implementation and a before and after analysis of the efficiency
of the machinery and equipment belonging to the study area. |
