In this work, an investigation of innovation in the inventory systems that the company currently uses will be developed in order to optimize processes, have supplies and tools organized and increase new technologies that improve efficiency processes, inventory control, reduce lost and misplaced, maximizes space and ultimately contributes to organized work. The purpose of the company is the delivery and reception of merchandise from different references, cities and countries, which is why each action must be taken control of, but due to lack of technological infrastructure on some occasions that is not possible, which generates that processes are not efficient. As we know, every company seeks to be competitive, profitable, modern, with management capacity, response and preferred by the consumer, therefore, by having automated, efficient processes, the organization is positioned as an attraction for other companies that constitute its natural market. within the Las Américas industrial free zone, for this it is important to identify the shortcomings, the processes with improvement action, the weaknesses of the company. According to the above, it is required that during the execution of the professional practice a diagnosis is made that will generate a proposal for an improvement plan to contribute to overcoming the weaknesses of the company.

Durante el mes de abril del año 2021 se dio inicio la práctica profesional como estudiante de Comercio Internacional en la empresa SUPERLOGISTICS UIBS S.A.S de la compañía DABOON, práctica que tuvo lugar en el área operativa en el cargo coordinador de operaciones. En este trabajo se desarrollará una investigación de innovación en los sistemas de inventarios que actualmente utiliza la empresa con el fin de optimizar los procesos, tener organizado los insumos y herramientas e incrementar nuevas tecnologías que mejoran los procesos de eficiencia, control del inventario, disminuye las perdidas y extravíos, maximiza al espacio y finalmente contribuye a un trabajo organizado. La compañía tiene como fin la entrega y recepción de mercancías de diferentes referencias, ciudades y países, gracias a todo esto se debe mantener un registro de cada una de las actividades a realizar, pero por falta de infraestructura tecnológica en algunas ocasiones eso no es posible, lo que genera que los procesos no sean eficaces. Como sabemos toda empresa busca ser competitiva, rentable, moderna, con capacidad de gestión, respuesta y preferida por el consumidor, por lo tanto, al tener procesos automatizados, eficientes se posiciona la organización como un atractivo para las demás empresas que constituyen su mercado natural dentro de la Zona Franca Industrial Las Américas, para ello es importante identificar las falencias, los procesos con acción de mejora, las debilidades de la compañía. De acuerdo a lo anterior se requiere que durante ejecución de la práctica profesional se realice un diagnostico que generara una propuesta de plan de mejoramiento para contribuir a la superación de las debilidades de la compañía.
