with a score of 9, shows that within his family structure there were changes in the functioning
characterized as severe. Therefore, the fulfillment of the hypothesis and the results obtained
make evident the influence that socio-cultural factors have on the family structure and dynamics
of Venezuelan migrant families. |

La presente investigación se propuso como finalidad central, describir el cambio de la estructura y dinámica familiar del migrante venezolano que se ha establecido en territorio colombiano, propuesta llevada a cabo con un diseño mixto. Las herramientas de recolección de información aplicadas fueron, la entrevista estructurada y el APGAR Familiar, esto llevado a cabo de forma individual. Los resultados arrojaron que los sujetos tuvieron cambios en su funcionalidad familiar en su gran mayoría de forma leve, aunque un sujeto obtuvo una puntuación de 9, demostrando que dentro de su estructura familiar existen cambios severos después del evento migratorio. Lo cual, de acuerdo con la hipótesis planteada se evidencian transformaciones en las variables estudiadas.
