Three phases are developed through a mixed, d vii escriptive, inductive diagnostic methodology, the data to be treated are mainly numerical and its analysis and projection foundations are mathematical, for this reason this document preserves the quantitative methodology, however it is considered mixed whe n establishing also parameters and characteristics of its operation, the descriptive foundation of this project is established in the documentation and analysis of the organization, its operation of Ferreacaeros SAS, its features in the operations when exe cuting processes in coordination of three wineries, it is considered inductive when establishing the concepts general inventory and establish the parameters applicable to the organization. As a result of this project, the processes were identified with the ir levels of operation, the management developed by the company, and improvements were proposed in accordance with the processes and operations of the organization. It is concluded that Ferreaceros has opportunities for improvement in comprehensive invento ry management, in this same sense, operations affect economic performance and customer satisfaction. The company is recommended to implement the proposals developed for this project in order to improve the comprehensive management of its inventories. |

Los inventarios en las empresas representan una oportunidad de mejora afectando las operaciones, satisfacción del cliente y la rentabilidad, una de las formas para atender la problemática es la gestión integral de los inventarios, la empresa Ferreaceros cuenta con tres bodegas y su sistema de inventarios presenta dificultades; el objetivo de este proyecto es identificar cual es la mejor política de inventarios para la organización. Se desarrollan tres fases mediante una metodología mixta, descriptiva de tipo inductivo diagnóstico, los datos a tratar son principalmente numéricos y sus análisis y fundamentos de proyección son matemáticos por tal motivo el presente documento conserva la metodología cuantitativa, sin embargo se considera mixta al establecer también parámetros y características de su funcionamiento, el fundamento descriptivo de este proyecto se establece en la documentación y análisis de la organización su funcionamiento de Ferreacaeros SAS, sus rasgos en las operaciones al ejecutar procesos en coordinación de tres bodegas, es considerado inductivo al establecer los conceptos generales de inventarios y establecer los parámetros aplicables a la organización. Resultado de este proyecto se identificaron los procesos con sus niveles de operación, la gestión desarrollada por la empresa y se proponen mejoras acorde con los procesos y operaciones de la organización. Se concluye que Ferreaceros tiene oportunidades de mejora en la gestión integral de inventarios, en este mismo sentido, las operaciones afectan el rendimiento económico y la satisfacción de sus clientes. Se recomienda a la empresa implementar las propuestas desarrolladas para este proyecto a fin de mejorar la gestión integral de sus inventarios..
