Summary:	The purpose of this work is to make a comparison between ordinary employment and its formalization with the arrival of Electronic Payroll and how this new procedure has been received, in order to have a high level of knowledge about people's income. , as well as the impact on society, taking into account the demands of said process. The problem is the lack of payroll implementation that allows organizations to carry out an adequate accounting follow-up to mitigate the non-filing of taxes.
