Se utilizó la metodología cuantitativa descriptiva. Se realiza la operacionalización de variables, se planteó el marco de referencia, y se efectuaron las visitas de campo para lograr los resultados los cuales expusieron que en el tramo auditado se, evidencia deterioro, vandalismo de la Señalización vertical y horizontal y falta de iluminación en todo el tramo.
