Thus, the digital transformation process and based on the digital transformation maturity model where the categories of product and service innovation, customer relationship, operation and service delivery, collaborative supply chain and intelligent management are evaluated. Knowing what is the role of the auditor is an important part to ensure compliance with the goals, mission and vision of companies that are adopting a digital transformation model, this through the hard skills "technical, experience, travel, professional profile and knowledge" and the soft skills "assertive communication, communication, transmission of ideas and personal relationships" of a systems auditor. |
