| Summary: | The present investigation was carried out with the objective of making the financial and economic determination of the personnel turnover in a company which corporate purpose is created around home health services. This measurement was carried out through a microeconomic, quantitative, cross-sectional study of descriptive scope as a cost analysis in relation to staff turnover and the economic characterization through measurement of variables. Among the purposes of the study, it was proposed to quantify the financial and economic impact in order to establish the argumentative conclusions of the study to justify and guide decision-making at the managerial level regarding the issue and motivate more studies in order to respond to economic and financial concerns about needs identified by this type of health institution. |
