For this, three filters were used; the first, contemplated the selection of documents through the search equations generated; the second, was carried out from the critical reading of the abstracts to identify the articles related to the topic and the research question; and the third, applied the CASPe tool (Critical Appraisal Skills Program Spanish) to identify the studies with greater consistency and validity, in this way, finally, updated knowledge regarding the mental health of nursing professionals was recovered |

Es en el marco de este contexto, que se plantea una revisión integrativa de la literatura, con el objetivo de identificar el estado del conocimiento relacionado con los sentimientos de los profesionales de enfermería en la atención de pacientes con el SARS Cov-2, hospitalizados en unidades de cuidados intensivos. Para la revisión integrativa se procedió a utilizar las bases de datos más importantes y se construyó las ecuaciones de búsqueda que permitieron la recolección de la literatura más relevante relacionada con el tema. Para ello se utilizaron tres filtros; el primero, contempló la selección de los documentos a través de las ecuaciones de búsqueda generadas; el segundo, se realizó a partir de la lectura crítica de los resúmenes para identificar los artículos relacionados con el tema y la pregunta de investigación; y el tercero, aplicó la herramienta CASPe (Critical Aprisa Skills Programme español) para identificar los estudios con mayor consistencia y validez, de esta forma, finalmente, se recuperó el conocimiento actualizado respecto a la salud mental de los profesionales de enfermería.
