Sumario: | Recycling and energy efficiency are matters that the world needs for its future since its resources are limited, regarding that Universidad Antonio Nariño (south branch) has tried to instill awareness in its students on this matters, for which, regenerative brake prototype is created, in order to create a didactic element for learning how energy can be recycled in everyday use machines like transportation vehicles also for motivating this prototype users or students to create their own projects related to this aspect; like the future engineers that they are. The project will be the prototype creation and design development. With the objective of a cost-benefit relationship that makes it easy to be maintained and replicated, also ensuring its safety with people, until the experimentation on its final model. The prototype is based on the regenerative brakes from electric and hybrid vehicles, therefore it will be possible to compare and make an analysis of how much energy it produces in inertia and how much of this energy was used in regenerative brakes, this will also be done by the student or drivers or those who will interact with the prototype, since in the annex some experimentation guides will be found to be solved. In the experimentation to finetune the prototype, several tests were carried out and the last 5 were taken to take the average data and compare the results, obtaining an average benefit greater than 80% at the wheel from all speeds in average and a 2 % benefit in the use regenerative braking system, obtaining a maximum voltage of 17.5V and a maximum amperage of 0.95A at the maximum speed of the prototype which is 35Km/h to 40Km/h with a 24/12V motor. |
