El presente proyecto realizara un análisis de las variables económicas que se pueden presentar en el estudio para la apertura de un almacén de repuestos de autopartes para vehículos en Bogotá por medio de un plan de negocio como oportunidad, que permitirá determinar la viabilidad ,generando una buena atención al cliente, brindando un buen servicio y precios más económicos que la competencia debido a la importación directa de los repuestos ( estas importaciones vienen de corea del sur repuestos de alta calidad para los vehículos de las marcas Chevrolet. Hyundai, kia, Renault, son los repuestos que más solicitan repuestos y todo lo relacionado con taxis) sin recurrir a intermediarios para la comercialización de estos, también brindamos el servicio a domicilio hasta las 12 de la noche. Se realizará un estudio de los diferentes modelos de planes de negocio para determinar el más aconsejable para el estudio en la apertura de un almacén de repuestos de autopartes para vehículos en Bogotá seguir el paso a paso del modelo más adecuado y llegar a materializar la idea teniendo que realizar los diferentes ajustes a medida que se requieran, teniendo en cuenta que la viabilidad del negocio es buena si se tiene un beneficio sobre el costo de 40% , manejando un IPC y proyección de ventas del 7% y el valor presente neto sea superior a la inversión , el costo de oportunidad que es el valor del porcentaje que se pude obtener si hubiese invertido en un instrumento financiero, la TIR debe ser mayor al costo de capital, todo lo anterior nos indica que el proyecto es viable.
