This degree work seeks to highlight the influence that the practice of dance as a transformative language has had on the artistic and pedagogical exercise of teacher Hilmer Ramos, together with the people who have been linked to the training actions offered by the teacher through the different routines, which have been accompanied by discipline and dedication, generating in the apprentices appropriation of the dance to cultivate a future artistic professional being a reference for the new generations. El arte de la danza contribuye en el desarrollo integral de los seres humanos. A través de ella aprenden a utilizar su cuerpo como medio de expresión, destacando una cultura que muchas veces es olvidada o maltratada por desconocimiento. Este trabajo de grado busca resaltar la influencia que ha tenido la práctica de la danza como lenguaje transformador en el ejercicio artístico y pedagógico del maestro Hilmer Ramos, junto con las personas que han estado vinculadas a las acciones de formación ofrecidas por el maestro a través de las diferentes rutinas, que han estado acompañadas de disciplina y entrega, generando en los aprendices apropiación de la danza para cultivar un futuro profesional artístico siendo un referente para las nuevas generaciones.
