identification and assessment of occupational risks, which aims to analyze the risk factors to
which the workers of the company Lacteous elRosario AD S.A.S.
By complying with these requirements, it is possible to control risks and accidents, in
addition to improving the performance of workers along with greater safetywhen carrying out
their daily tasks.
To carry out this research, physical, mechanical, biological, biomechanical riskfactors,
among others, were analyzed. For this analysis carried out we are based on theColombian
technical standard GTC 45, which allowed us to identify, analyze and evaluate each of the risks
that arise in the company in order to take preventive and corrective action measures to improve
working conditions within of the company.

Keywords: Hazard identification, risk assessment Hoy en día es vital que toda empresa cuente con un Sistema gestionado de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, este debe contar con una serie de requisitos que generen un ambiente de trabajo sano, con condiciones óptimas. Por consiguiente, en el presente proyecto se resalta la importancia que tiene la identificación y valoración de riesgos laborales, el cual tiene como objetivo el análisis de los factores de riesgos a los que estánexpuestos los trabajadores de la empresa Lácteos el Rosario AD S.A.S. Al cumplir con estos requisitos se mitigan riesgos y accidentes laborales, generando en los trabajadores una mayor seguridad a la hora de desarrollar sus laboresdiarias. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se analizaron factores riesgos físicos, mecánicos, biológicos, biomecánicos, entre otros. Para este análisis realizado nos basamos en la norma técnica colombiana GTC 45, la cual nos permitió identificar, analizar y evaluar cada uno de los riesgos que se presentan en la empresa para así tomar medidas de acción preventiva y correctiva para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo dentrode la empresa.
