| Sumario: | Inventory management is a process of utmost importance for companies, whether they are SMEs
or large ones, it allows to accurately determine the existence of items that companies offer,
which means that at the time of sale the Stock that the company has; additionally, the cost of the
merchandise available to the company and the order dates can be determined, as well as the parts
or materials to be ordered to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
When companies do not have inventory management systems, the costs of stored merchandise
and stocks are largely unknown, and there is a risk of losing customers due to not having an
adequate inventory system. The hardware store sector, due to the high number of parts or articles
that it handles, has the conception of some owners, how difficult it is to handle it and even more,
the possibility of generating order through an efficient inventory management system. |
