A sample of 155 doctors participated in the study to whom the Stress, Anxiety and Depression Scale (EAD) DASS-21 and the sociodemographic characteristics sheet were applied. La presente investigación se desarrolla con el propósito de analizar las respuestas de estrés, ansiedad y depresión en médicos que se encuentran en primera línea de atención durante la pandemia en el HUS. Para ello se desarrolla una investigación cuantitativa con un alcance descriptivo y transversal. En el estudio participaron una muestra de 155 médicos a quienes se le aplica la Escala de Depresión, Ansiedad y Ansiedad (DASS-21) y la ficha de características sociodemográficas. Los hallazgos encontrados demuestran una prevalencia del 32,9% asociado a estrés, el 29% refiere síntomas asociados a ansiedad, y el 27,1% a depresión. Se evidencia una mayor prevalencia de síntomas en quienes tenían antecedentes de consulta por salud mental y una menor prevalencia de EAD en casados con hijos, maestrantes y especialistas.
