| Sumario: | The purpose of this research is to design an architectural proposal that complies with
the parameters of environmental sustainability, to solve the precariousness of housing and
the need for habitable spaces of the vulnerable population of Alto Mirador, based on an
analysis of the place. of implantation, the current condition of the house and its
surroundings.
The research that has been developed is descriptive. The Alto Mirador settlement,
located in the city of Neiva, is taken as the place of study, which has been informal for
approximately six years; which makes its analysis pertinent since it allows us to observe the
consolidation of housing. As the main analysis technique, matrices were developed as
evaluation and measurement methods for sustainability and habitability, using management
indicators, which are selected according to the need of the place of study and based on the
real conditions of informality; Factors such as materiality, spatial conformation, physical
aspects of the environment and characteristics of the home will be analyzed |
