| Sumario: | This work presents as a case study the Carbonell sector, which is made up of the Brisas del
Venado and Carbonell settlements, located in commune 9 in the north of Neiva. Likewise, the
origin of these spaces was exposed as evidence, to be clear about the problem from its inception,
additionally the urban analysis and diagnosis of said sector will be taken as a context, based on a
methodological model approach, which seeks to carry out a project of Comprehensive
improvement of informal neighborhoods, as a concept of planning and territorial development in
this place, Based on a research question, which will give an answer through an urban design
proposal that the same population will participate in this intervention. |
