headed by rural women who are the fundamental pillar in the affiliate nucleus. The deficit
of spaces gives way to the loss of the coffee tradition focused on migration from the
countryside to the city due to lack of income and support in the Huila countryside, it is a
priority to serve rural communities in crisis, emphasizing direct marketing through
cooperatives farmers, establish organic production methods avoiding water damage to the
ecosystem in which the coffee plantation is located due to its important tributaries, sale of
coffee under fair market conditions and finally achieve a diversified production that allows
the development of the internal market. |

El departamento del Huila se ha consolidado como el principal exponente del sector cafetero debido al significativo índice de producción y el incesante crecimiento en el que se evidencia la necesidad de espacios libres para el desarrollo de conocimiento cafetero entre mujeres rurales que permita a través del trabajo asociativo establecer sustento necesario y que el producto no sea sobrevalorado, predominando los estándares de calidad y excelencia enfocado en las familias cafeteras encabezadas por la mujer rural quien es el pilar en el núcleo filial. El déficit de espacios da paso a la perdida de la tradición cafetera enfocada en la migración del campo a la ciudad por falta de ingresos y apoyo en el campo huilense, es prioridad atender a comunidades rurales en crisis enfatizando en la comercialización directa a través de cooperativas campesinas, establecer métodos de producción evitando afectación hídrica del ecosistema en el que se encuentra el cafetal por sus afluentes de gran importancia, venta del café bajo condiciones de mercado justo y por ultimo lograr producción diversificada que permita el desarrollo del mercado interno.
