Descripción
Sumario:The general objective of this research is to design a model for the financial diagnosis of MSMEs in the commercial sector of the municipality of Turbaco (Bolívar) that facilitates the strategic decision-making process, under a mixed, non-experimental, descriptive approach, taking into account the 711 MSMEs of the municipality of Turbaco. The results that show that a high percentage of the MSMEs in the commercial sector of the municipality of Turbaco do not carry out financial plans, do not make projects to sustain long-term investment, sometimes use dynamic investment evaluation methods (VAN, IRR), They do not invest in long-term financial instruments, sometimes the financial institution's interest costs are examined before applying for a loan, and they do not analyze long-term financing alternatives to boost investment. Thus, Designing a model for the financial diagnosis of MSMEs in the commercial sector of the municipality of Turbaco (Bolívar) is presented as a support tool in determining their economic reality, in such a way that it facilitates these business units to detect difficulties in their economic and financial structure, propose solutions and establish strategies aimed at maximizing its strengths
