Sumario:	The effectiveness and sustainability of manufacturing companies is largely due to the level of innovation and optimization of their production processes, when companies do not develop traceability to each of the processes and resources, they may be throwing away, gradually, each of the resources and investments that the partners have to make wealth. For this reason, engineering and organizational sciences have studied different methodologies that help companies to achieve productivity and sustainability over time.
