El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objeto diseñar el sistema de alumbrado público para el polideportivo Ospina Pérez en la ciudad de Cúcuta Norte de Santander, aplicando las últimas tendencias de alumbrado público para campos deportivos que se están desarrollando en el país como son las tecnologías tipo led, las cuales se están usando en forma masiva en los últimos años, buscando la reducción del impacto ambiental negativo a través de mejoras significativas en la eficiencia energética. El diseño se centra en la proyección de la infraestructura y la red eléctrica para el alumbrado público del polideportivo utilizando tecnología Led y aplicando las normativas del RETIE Y RETILAP.
