Summary:	The purpose of this document is to investigate about organizational design, its importance, in the different fields and departments of the industrial security company Management and Endowments SYSMA. To conclude with the need for an organizational design for said company, a a diagnosis in order to know the proper functioning of the company, it is concluded that currently the company does not have a clear and defined organizational design, nor in its defect with an administrative structure that makes it possible to clearly identify the respective processes and internal communication, on the other hand as a need for the design of the organization chart, the mission, vision of the company and manual of functions and processes.
