Summary: | The increase in the production of agricultural food has always been an important line of development within institutions and countries, to be able to guarantee food security and sovereignty within the framework of the fulfillment of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals ODS which aim to reduce the levels of malnutrition in the population. In 2015, the global community managed to halve the number of people with malnutrition within the framework of the Rome declaration of 1996 (FAO, 1996), however, in Colombia it was only possible to reduce 12%, being significant that 54 of every 100 households were food insecure (DNP, 2018) |
