La investigación tuvo como objetivo: describir los niveles de ansiedad estado rasgo y estrés laboral en colaboradores de instituciones de salud en Boyacá, se realizó una investigación cuantitativa con diseño transeccional descriptivo no experimental, enfoque empírico analítico, fueron seleccionados 60 colaboradores de tres instituciones de salud de Boyacá, de una clínica de Tunja 24 colaboradores, de la ESE de Tasco 20 colaboradores y de la ESE de Pesca 16 colaboradores, para la evaluación se utilizó encuesta sociodemográfica y dos instrumentos de medición el inventario IDARE para medir ansiedad estado rasgo e inventario de salud mental, estrés y trabajo SWS.
