Se busca automatizar este proceso creando un módulo de Historia clínica que permita el manejo de toda la información de los trabajadores referente a su historia clínica, este módulo estaría integrado con el ERP de la compañía. Impactaría el tiempo de respuesta en la consulta de la historia clínica y todo el manejo que se le da a la misma, debido a que se automatizaría el proceso. Esta es la opción por la que se opta para la solución del problema que tiene el proyecto debido a que la empresa cuenta Microsoft Dynamics en todos los procesos y de esta manera se disminuirían los costos asociados a la contratación de un software externo. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se utilizó la metodología Scrumban, y de la mano de la metodología se logró automatizar el manejo de la historia clínica laboral.
