El estudio de caso es el proyecto “Jardín Social El Porvenir” del arquitecto Giancarlo Mazzanti, el cual se presenta a través de una síntesis del proceso de ideación, de concreción y de un análisis del desempeño valorado a partir de las técnicas de investigación adelantadas, complementadas con la experiencia de visitar el edificio.
