The research tool was a survey designed to record possible weaknesses in the construction of personal identity of these young peoples, so it was possible to analyze the impact of lack of identity in young people decision as “hooligans”. |

Durante el desarrollo del ser humano la identidad cumple un papel importante, debido a que caracteriza a los individuos y justifica el actuar de los mismos; la ausencia de esta ocasiona diversas consecuencias, entre ellas está la unión deliberada al comportamiento en masas. Para realizar un estudio más concreto sobre el tema, se ha enfocado en los grupos de personas pertenecientes a la hinchada de los equipos Club Independiente Santa Fe y Millonarios Fútbol Club, pero que, a diferencia de otros seguidores, se caracterizan por desenvolverse en un ambiente violento dentro y fuera del estadio de fútbol.
