En este trabajo se presenta una propuesta de acompañamiento en sus primeros pasos de inserción laboral a profesores principiantes egresados del Instituto de Formación Docente de Bariloche, República Argentina (educación continua). Además, se realiza una reflexión sobre las producciones y la evaluación elaborada por los docentes.
