| Sumario: | This research work consists of determining the behavior of COVID-19 in the municipality
of Soacha – Colombia performing a space-time analysis of the cases reported in the first nine
months of the pandemic, for this the georeferencing was carried out of specific cases granted by
the Secretary of Health of Soacha with the validation of cases of the National Institute of Health
applying the Kernel density method and the interpolation of values by the IDW method associated
with the temporality of the event over the urban area of the municipality, discriminating said

behavior by calendar month and thus be able to interpret the information of the cases reported for
each study period. Contagion areas were established of some communes of the municipality
intensified in the first peak of the pandemic, likewise a differential behavior in time establishing
the mobility of the virus in the analysis period. |
