Es por ello que en este trabajo se quiere resaltar esta problemática que a su vez ha sido de vista ciega entre los mismos contadores y que sin ningún cuidado se ejerce una profesión sin esfuerzo de actualizarse constantemente, entonces, ¿qué le hace falta al contador público para poder ejercer cargos gerenciales y ejecutivos?, abarcando desde el aspecto personal como individuo, núcleo familiar, entorno económico y social, además como las instituciones de educación superior están abordando esta problemática. ¿Se está preparando al estudiante para que este sobresalga entre la comunidad o únicamente para que acate órdenes y sea un asistente más?
