Summary:The main purpose of this work was to determine the relationship between emotional salary and job satisfaction of employees of the manufacturing organization Juguetes Caninos S.A, in Soacha, Cundinamarca. To achieve this objective, a correlal quantitative approach study was carried out, involving 15 workers, 10 women and 5 men, to whom the S20/23 job satisfaction questionnaire and the emotional salary measurement questionnaire, exploring factors that encompass emotional salary such as training offered by the company, expression of ideas and suggestions, flexibility, among others; and its relationship with factors such as intrinsic job satisfaction, satisfaction with participation, satisfaction with supervision, among others.
