El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo el diseño de un centro de desarrollo comunitario en la Unidad de Planeamiento Zonal (UPZ) San Francisco perteneciente a la localidad ciudad bolívar en Bogotá, pretendiendo así a mejorar las condiciones de capacitación e integración del sector, dada la problemática identificada actual de déficit existente en el lugar y problemáticas puntuales de carácter social, la metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de la investigación propone la recopilación de información de diferentes estructuras y datos de ciudad que, con su posterior cruce, se evidencian las problemáticas que se hacen posibles de solventar por medio de arquitectura, y en el ámbito cualitativo con datos proporcionados dada la inmersión en el lugar de estudio.
