company is sought, this from the establishment of new variables and the paths for the consolidation of a project focused on Social Responsibility Business (CSR), and that allows to improve the levels of effectiveness and efficiency of the work carried out as an
entity. Therefore, based on the research carried out from the identification of the stakeholder, which comprise the different groups or people, who are affected by the actions of the company and their different perspectives that encompass this work, recommendations are generated, in search of to give the initial guidelines for the modification of a business plan in order to turn it into a socially responsible project, and
with new modalities applicable in the day-to-day work in the Colombian Logistics Company, in addition to this, perform its various services to fully complying with the different needs that your labor sector requires |
