Sumario:The objective of the research is to evaluate the impact of the use of telehealth in a palliative care home care program, in relation to usability and user satisfaction in the COVID 19 pandemic. This is a correlational study where the variables usability, satisfaction of users (patients and caregivers) with telehealth were evaluated, as well as the variables age, gender, educational level, type of user, socioeconomic stratum, cultural adaptation and content validation of the usability and satisfaction instruments, The results showed a strong moderate positive correlation between usability and satisfaction with telehealth, with a spearman coefficient of 0.765. In general, the usability dimensions show a strong moderate positive correlation with satisfaction, with values between 0.636 for the reliability dimension and 0.719 for the quality of the interface.
