A diagnosis was made to identify the types of solid waste generated in the municipality, showing that thermoplastics are the most suitable raw material for the production of ecological tutors; a comparative analysis was made between two alternatives: Ecological tutors with "Plastic Lumber" vs "Ecological Tutors with Wood Plastic Composite WPC", being the Ecological Tutors 4 with Plastic Lumber the most viable option because it offers the use of 100% of the plastic waste generated in the municipality of Gutierrez. Finally, a list of the machinery necessary for the development of ecological tutors was prepared with their corresponding budget, it is important to clarify that the budget only corresponds to the cost of investment.

En el presente proyecto, elaborado con el apoyo de la empresa BIMSOL SAS, se llevó a cabo un análisis de alternativas de tipo comparativo para la selección de una opción que permita la elaboración de tutores ecológicos para el cultivo de fríjol en el municipio de Gutiérrez, Cundinamarca. Se realizó un diagnóstico para identificar los tipos de residuos sólidos generados en el municipio, evidenciándose que los termoplásticos son la materia prima más adecuada para la producción de los tutores ecológicos; se hizo un análisis de tipo comparativo entre dos alternativas: Tutores ecológicos con “Plastic Lumber” vs “Tutores Ecológicos con Wood Plastic Composite WPC”, siendo los Tutores ecológicos con Plastic Lumber la opción más viable debido a que ofrece el aprovechamiento del 100% de los residuos plásticos generados en el municipio. Finalmente, se elaboró un listado y un presupuesto de la maquinaria necesaria para la elaboración de los tutores ecológicos, cabe aclarar que el presupuesto solo corresponde al costo de inversión.
