description	The marketplace The concordia is the main food supplier in the city of Florencia-Caquetá, and it is a heritage with very important architectural and historical value, this central square has organoleptic problems (bad smells and degradation of the landscape) and health ( mismanagement of solid and liquid waste), invasion of public space due to informal commerce and the difficulty of mobility that occurs in the area surrounding the square, all this due to the abandonment of municipal entities, and citizens of the municipality to solve these problems, it is proposed to give intervention treatment through a partial plan, which is established in the POT, that revitalizes the heritage, renewing its appearance both architecturally and urbanly, in the urban proposal, the expansion of 16th street is proposed to implement a boulevard, there is also a bicycle route on the main avenue Paseo Los fundadores improving accessibility to other types of alternative transport, in order to improve mobility, the quality of the urban landscape and the demand for work (formalize informal businesses and relocate them to the Central or wholesale collection center) for the citizens of Florencia, Caquetá.

La plaza de mercado La Concordia es el principal proveedor de alimentos en la ciudad de Florencia-Caquetá, y es un patrimonio con valor arquitectónico e histórico muy importante, está plaza central presenta problemas organolépticos (malos olores y degradación del paisaje) y de salubridad (mal manejo de los residuos sólidos y líquidos), invasión del espacio público debido al comercio informal y la dificultad de movilidad que se presenta en la zona circundante a la plaza, todo esto debido al abandono de los entes municipales y los ciudadanos del municipio, para dar solución a estás problemáticas se propone dar tratamiento de intervención por medio de un plan parcial, que está establecido en el POT, que revitalice el patrimonio, renovando su aspecto tanto arquitectónicamente como urbanamente, en la propuesta urbana se plantea ampliación de la calle 16 para implementar un boulevard, también se plantea una ciclo ruta en la Avenida principal paseo Los fundadores mejorando la accesibilidad a otros tipos de transportes alternativos, en pos de mejorar la movilidad, la calidad del paisaje urbano y la demanda de trabajo (formalizar los negocios informales y reubicarlos en la Central o centro de Acopio mayorista) para la ciudadanía de Florencia, Caquetá.
