is a heritage with very important architectural and historical value, this central square has
organoleptic problems (bad smells and degradation of the landscape) and health (
mismanagement of solid and liquid waste), invasion of public space due to informal commerce
and the difficulty of mobility that occurs in the area surrounding the square, all this due to the
abandonment of municipal entities, and citizens of the municipality to solve these problems, it is
proposed to give intervention treatment through a partial plan, which is established in the POT,
that revitalizes the heritage, renewing its appearance both architecturally and urbanly, in the
urban proposal, the expansion of 16th street is proposed to implement a boulevard, there is also a
bicycle route on the main avenue Paseo Los fundadores improving accessibility to other types of
alternative transport, in order to improve mobility, the quality of the urban landscape and the
demand for work (formalize informal businesses and relocate them to the Central or wholesale
collection center) for the citizens of Florencia, Caquetá. |
