neighborhoods.
In chapter I, it corresponds to the investigative stage, framing the problems, the research
questions and defining the general objective together with the specific ones for the elaboration of
the project, the justification and the scope and limitations found within the investigation and
execution of the project.
In chapter II defines the methodological design used when preparing the research,
defining the types of studies carried out and the population involved in the project.
In chapter III all the theoretical, conceptual, historical, legal and operational
frameworks are defined in which all the urban analysis and diagnosis is developed at different
macro and micro scales, defining as such the urban proposal in response to the problems in terms
of to the public space to the irregular urban morphology continuity in its road infrastructure.
In chapter IV defines the conclusions found throughout the investigation and establishes
the recommendations for said interventions on this issue of recovery in public space and the
recovery of environmental axes such as the Chípalo River and the San Antonio stream. |

Los planes parciales de renovación son aquellos mecanismos de gestión del suelo, el cual son utilizados para mejorar un punto crítico dentro de una ciudad, en este tema mejorar el espacio público, su infraestructura y morfología vial, física y los usos del suelo en el sector de la comuna 6 específicamente en la intersección entre el rio Chipalo y la quebrada San Antonio y sus barrios aledaños. En el capítulo I, corresponde a la etapa investigativa, enmarcando las problemáticas, las preguntas de investigación y definiendo el objetivo general junto con los específicos para la elaboración del proyecto, la justificación y los alcances y limitantes encontradas dentro de la investigación y ejecución del proyecto. En el capítulo II se define el diseño metodológico utilizado a la hora de la elaboración de la investigación definiendo los tipos de estudios realizados y la población intervenida en el proyecto. En el capítulo III están definidos todos los marcos teóricos, conceptuales, históricos, legales y el operativo en el cual está desarrollado todo el análisis y diagnóstico urbano en diferentes escalas macro y micro, definiendo como tal la propuesta urbanística en respuesta a las problemáticas en cuanto al espacio público a la morfología urbana irregular continuidad en su infraestructura vial. En el capítulo IV se define las conclusiones encontradas a lo largo de la investigación y se establecen las recomendaciones para dichas intervenciones en este tema de recuperación en el espacio público y la recuperación de ejes ambientales como lo es el rio Chípalo y la quebrada.
