Regarding the methodology used during The research was descriptive, with a quantitative approach, with a non-field design. experimental. The population consisted of 9 subjects from the administrative area in the company multiservices (MULTISEGUA), a questionnaire was used for data collection made up of eighteen (18) questions on a Likert-type scale, which was validated by experts in the studied area
