A diagnosis was carried out in order to evaluate the current situation of the processes
implemented in the human resources department, which allowed to identify the deficiencies and
problems presented in the recruitment, selection and hiring processes of personnel, to later plan
the improvements.
From the diagnosis made, the need to design the Human Talent processes for the
Milcíades Antonio Iglesias Páez organization is determined, which contains the characterization,
formats and procedures that will allow an optimal development of the pre-selection and
selection, hiring, induction and linking processes. of the staff. |
