| Sumario: | This project was aimed at describing the characteristics of social skills in a group of
workers. With the objective of describing the characteristics of social skills in a group of
workers in the service sector of a cleaning company in the tourist district of Riohacha in the
department of La Guajira. The study was developed from a quantitative approach,
descriptive in scope, with a non-experimental - cross-sectional design. The sampling was
