| Summary: | This project is developed based on the technical data of
the equipment and the history since its assembly for the
regulation plant of the company Proviservicios S.A
ESP. The methodology used is of an investigative
nature and a practical part that is framed in the
processes, technology and engineering methods, where
it is executed that the conditions of the station that
regulates the gas of the Proviservicios company has
been showing deterioration in its structure and
equipment which is in charge of regulating the pressure
of the inlet gas, coming from Ecopetrol. Therefore, a preventive maintenance plan was designed in the plant, as a proposal to achieve an effective and economical
solution that helps prevent failures and interruptions of
the gas service by providing all the inhabitants of the
municipality of Tibú with a good source of stable
energy.and durable. A protocol and biosafety and
industrial safety system will also be developed so that
the operators at the time of making visits and checks to
the plant have all the necessary equipment and
warnings to avoid an incident or work accident when
they are executing their work. |
