The present project obeys to the problem of low productivity and different adverse situations faced by the company due to lack of control of processes and resources, leading to the need to design the documentation of the quality management system from the fundamentals of the NTC ISO 9001:2015. The project consists of a descriptive approach research in which the level of compliance with the standard was established as an initial diagnosis, subsequently and guided by the standard, risks and opportunities were identified, the characterization of the processes and the establishment of the documents required for the system were carried out. Once the documentation was designed, a brief study of the cost-benefit of the project for the company was carried out.

La búsqueda de la competitividad y la productividad de las empresas ha sido la forma más antigua de garantizar la sostenibilidad de estas en el tiempo. Por ello, las ciencias organizacionales han llevado a cabo diferentes aportes que se ajustan a diferentes factores y tendencias del cliente y los mercados. El presente proyecto obedece al problema de la baja productividad y diferentes situaciones adversas que afronta la empresa por falta de control de procesos y recursos, llevando a la necesidad de diseñar la documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad desde los fundamentos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015. El proyecto consta de una investigación de enfoque descriptivo en el que se estableció el nivel de cumplimiento de la norma como diagnóstico inicial, posterior y guiados por la norma se identificaron riesgos y oportunidades, se llevó a cabo la caracterización de los procesos y el establecimiento de los documentos requeridos para el sistema. Diseñada la documentación se llevó a cabo un estudio breve del costo beneficio del proyecto para la empresa.
